11i : That the number of players per team in the Association's " Wednesday Night League " reduces from ten to eight players.

11ii : That the number of players per team in both the 

Festival and John Griffiths Cups reduces from ten to eight players.

11iii : That only the first round of Festival Cup matches shall utilise neutral venues with all matches at that stage of the competition being knock-out I.e. one off ties. All subsequent rounds ( including the final itself ), will be held on a two-legged ( home and away ) basis.

11iv : That the final tie of the John Griffiths Cup will now convert to a two-legged ( home and away ) format. All preceding rounds to be played as one - off ties on neutral venues.

11 v : In the event of the previous proposals being adopted,then the name of the league shall become " The Anglesey/Bangor & District Bowling Association Premier League."

11 vi : That the prize money for the Association's Junior Cup reduces from the current £100 cash to £50 cash.

11 vii : That the payment of prize monies by the Association to those players finishing second in all league averages should be discontinued forthwith.

11 viii : That a prize of £30 shall be paid to the winner of the individual ladies averages in all leagues under the jurisdiction of the Association.

11 ix : That the current Ivor Owen Singles Cup and Bangor & District League Cup Competitions are amalgamated to become a new Anglesey/Bangor & District Singles Competition. The entrance fee for this competition will be the sum of £5 and the competition itself will be held on a day/night basis with the start and scratch time being after 12pm.

11 x : That both the current Open Pairs Competitions currently in operation, convert to the day/night basis with the start and scratch times being after 12pm.
